We are currently hiring for a full-time Director Perioperative Services to work within our Perioperative Services Department.

Compensation Range:

$142000.00 - 227000.00 per year

Exempt

Sign on Bonus of $15,000

Compensation package is based on your specific qualifications for the role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • At least five years of experience in a perioperative director role.
  • At least five years of experience as an OR Registered Nurse.

Position Overview:

Directs care and services for Perioperative Services (Surgery, PACU, SDS, Sterile Processing, Endoscopy and Anesthesia Services). Ensures a high level of quality care and services for patients by coordinating, communicating, and collaborating with surgeons and anesthesia providers. Administrative responsibilities include planning, organizing, leading, coaching and coordinating the overall work of the perioperative services staff within the department on a 24-hour basis in order to provide quality patient-centered care. Responsibilities also include preparation of and accountability for annual budget for the department as well as variance analysis as requested. Promotes departmental and inter-departmental teamwork and respect. Assists in direct patient care if needed to staff the department.
