Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546 SETTING: PT - OP Clinic START DATE: ASAP GUARANTEE: 40 hr/wk ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 13 weeks REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: 1+ yr of exp including OP exp strongly preferred STAFF: 12 other PTs on staff EMR:  Cerner CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: 1:1 Patient care with one 45 min appointment every hour. SCHEDULE: Typically M-F, some weekend coverage may be required and will be discussed on phone interview ADDITIONAL INFO: Client can provide dorm-style housing (depending on availability) in completely self-sufficient apartments for a monthly cost. The rental cost depends on the size of the dorm. We have two different styles of apartments: one-bedroom apartments and studios. Each apartment has its own private kitchen and bathroom. The one-bedrooms include a kitchen/living area with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and flat-screen tv. They also have separate bedroom with a full size bed, a desk, bathroom with shower/tub, and a wardrobe. Each studio has a kitchenette with a smaller refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, full-size bed, desk, wardrobe, flat-screen television, and bathroom. All apartments are furnished with living area furniture and counter stools. There is wi-fi and cable throughout the apartments. Amenities at the apartments: pool, ping-pong, or foosball in our great common area, hang out on couches next to the fireplace, or use state-of-the-art equipment in our weight room.
