General Manager
Northside Restaurants is hiring a General Manager to help take our new restaurant ED'z In Edwards to the next level.

We are a high-end Locals rotisserie restaurant focusing on World Class Service and great homestyle food.

We have a green house where we grow some of our own vegetables and fruit.

Read our Open Table reviews, we have the best service in town, and we are always trying to improve.

Basically, we try to be the best at everything we do.

If this sounds like you and you have a passion for doing things right, come work with us and lead our team.

This job requires delegation and leading by example. You will be responsible for the whole restaurant's success. This means, Staff, All shifts, Kitchen, and Front of House.

YOU WILL NEED:
- Strong Multitasking and Leadership skills

- A desire to serve and to make memorable experiences for our guests

-Experience running a dining room with OPEN TABLE

- 2+ years of management experience

- Ability to maintain food and labor costs

- Knowledge of Aloha POS system

- Extensive knowledge of wine, and cocktails

- Professional communication skills

- Must be flexible to work nights, holidays & weekends according to the needs of the business.

- ServSafe Certification

YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO:

- Greet all of our guests warmly and promptly and create a clientele of both locals and tourists who feel like part of our Family.
-Make sure we are exceeding our guests expectations and anticipating their needs while they are in our company.

-Foster and expand on our team and culture of excellence, caring, and kindness

-Ensure daily banking is correct, and check payroll before sending it to the director of operations.

- Ensure our company standards, specifications, rules, and training programs are being adhered to.

-Hire, and Train new staff and make sure they are ready to deliver our brand of service

-Have creative input in all areas including cocktails, food, wine, and gardening decisions.

WE WILL:

Pay a Higher salary than the competition and provide a bonus driven compensation package designed to grow you as a leader, and create a career for you and your family.

Provide housing options and a ski pass if needed.

Provide support, training and professional development through our 5 restaurant concepts and our team of almost 200 hospitality professionals
