Winter Park Resort has already begun their recruiting for ski patrol for the 2008/2009 ski season (see the MountainJobs.com jobs page ). Winter Park Resort, which is owned by the city and county of Denver, reports that at least 50 percent of its annual visitors are from the Front Range. On a given day, ask those folks why they choose Winter Park, and they will tick off the short drive, the laid-back feel, the ideal balance of beginner, intermediate and expert terrain and the fact that they know it’s where other Coloradans go.
