Great Basin Bakery is a much-loved locals bakery/deli that started in 2003 in the high desert town of Bishop, California, a haven for climbers, bikers and other outdoor recreation enthusiasts. We have about 20 employees and are known for our artisan sourdough breads and bagels, and delectable gourmet cookies, many of which make their way to be eaten on the slopes of Mammoth Mountain Ski Area.
